Got around to prepping a few things before re-assembly begins in the next week or so.
- Cut out 3/16" inner rear frame supports for body mount bracket mounting.
- Cut out 3/16" inner rear frame box-in pieces for added frame strength (will weld in soon)
- Cut out bottom battery tray plates for added strength. Still need to cut holes for drainage.
- Cleaned up, wire wheeled, de-rusted and then rust converted fuel tank straps.
- Completed fitment, weld-in nuts, and paint for steering column cover.

Some little stuff...
Some more restoring of old stuff and building of new stuff.
The bottom of my steering arm cover which sits on the top of the frame in the engine bay was really rotten. So I made a new one. It's fairly grotesque, but it's solid and it works! Still need to weld on the back nuts and paint it.

Firewall. Trust me, this one's basically boring and really only for reference...
As per Firewall:
- Removed parts.
- Cleaned parts
- Cleaned firewall
- Painted some parts
- Removed old crusty seam sealer
- Installed new seam sealer
- Primed and painted windshield washer arm protrusion area (whatever that means).
- Basically did tedious boring time consuming awesomeness.
